Lexa is a striking, wonderful, lively, “Piebald” Husky – a rare and beautiful Siberian color pattern, mostly white with black markings – a great conversation starter! Lexa is a RHHR volunteer favorite, often seen in our offices and sharing love with visitors, staff and volunteers. Lexa is playful and active, but very relaxed and calm inside around “the house.” She loves playing with puzzles in her super cute and adorable way. She has been with us longer than an average time because she was under our watchful eyes undergoing completely successful heartworm treatment for seven months when she first arrived after having lost her way.
This happy girl loves to run across the yard at full speed and practically skid to a sit in order to get her treat. Lexa warms up to new people soon after she meets them, and has built lots of confidence over her time with RHHR. She enjoys playing with other dogs in the same fenced area or room and when not leashed. If you are a person who can provide love, attention and patience, Lexa is for you. Lexa wants her own home, and for you to consider her as your special Husky girl.
